What are common mistakes we should avoid in life?
Brush your teeth and floss at least twice a day. See a dentist every year.
Avoid credit card debt like the plague.
Don’t try to impress people you don’t respect.
Finish high school, avoid having a child before 18, and getting married before 21, and you’ll avoid three predictors of poverty later in life.
Be kind to your joints and body, or it will come back to haunt you.
Sometimes, you are supposed to be sad, disappointed or heartbroken. Allow yourself to feel and process those emotions. Don’t turn to drugs and alcohol to cover it up.
Beware of lifestyle inflation. Just because you get a raise, doesn’t mean you should automatically start spending all that new money. Save for a rainy day.
